In accordance with the constitution of the Association of Operating Theatre Practitioners Inc notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on the Saturday 10th June 2017, (0900hrs-1500hrs).
This will be held in conjunction with the AOTP AGM and Wellness Day, Willow Pond Function Room (Ramons) 459 Nicholson Road, Canningvale.

- To receive the Annual Report from the President.
- To receive and adopt the Balance sheets for the 2016/2017 financial years.
- To receive the report from the Secretary.
- To duly elect the members of the Executive and General Committee.
- To set the annual Subscription Fees for the membership,
- To transact any other business that may be brought before the Association of Operating Theatre Practitioners.
